At CoressFuny, your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn't go as expected, you can request a refund or exchange according to the conditions below:

💰 Refund Conditions

The customer may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

The product must be unused, with the tag and in its original packaging.

Refunds are granted in cases of:

Product with manufacturing defect;

Incorrect shipment;

Buyer's remorse within the legal timeframe.

with your order number and reason for the request.

Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Once the product arrives at our distribution center and is verified, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days.

⚠️ Important

We do not refund products damaged by misuse or incorrect washing;

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defects or errors in shipping.

Practical example:
If your CoressFuny sweatshirt arrives with a defect in the stitching, simply send photos and we will refund you or send a new product.
